Something to ponder

When God delivered the people that were in bondage to Pharaoh in Egypt they came out in good health and with large amounts of gold.  There was not “a feeble one among them”.  They had been delivered from bondage.  Today, when people are delivered from the Satan and his kingdom of darkness they seem to struggle with abundant provision and with health problems.  Why do you think that is?

If we are in covenant with a living God and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever; and the new covenant is superior to the old shouldn’t we have equal blessings, or even better?  Think about it.

I just read a dear sister’s remarks that said the church is “a hospital where the wounded, hurt, injured and broken find healing”.  Isn’t that what Jesus commanded the Church to do – go out into the kingdom of darkness, as His ambassadors,  and “bring” to the people in bondage?  To set them free from bondage, bring them healing, bring them deliverance, etc?  Isn’t this what the “great co-mission” is all about?  The Church is not a hospital where sick people come; the Church is a living organism filled with a divine “Healer” that takes the “Healer” to the people.

THINK ABOUT IT.
