WHO IS JESUS?
The Bible declares that “in the beginning there was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being by Him, …” John 1:1-3
“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us” John 1:14
Revelation 19:13 — “And He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood; and His name is called The Word of God.”
The Father sent His Word to this earth and wrpped it in a flesh body for the world to behold what God was really like. Jesus, as He is now, is the Father’s Words wrapped in the body He was given when He was sent to the earth.
Jesus is the Words of the Father incarnated so we could see his actions and hear what the Fatheer had to say to us.
When someone is “born again” the life of God (zoe) is placed within that person and that person becomes a “new creation” and that zoe life is the same life that Jesus had when He was on this earth. That new birth was created by receiving the Word of God. That Word was “incarnated” within you and you became a part of the “Body of Christ” on this earth. See 1 Peter 1:23.
We, my friends, are the ongoing incarnation of God’s words. We receive His words and those words become wrapped in flesh just like Jesus was.
The Church (ekklesia) that is on this earth today is the visible manifestation of Jesus on this earth that all the world is to see.
What kind of job are we doing?
I have a new book coming out in April 2016 called “The Jesus Revolution” that will go into much more detail about what I have written in this short blog. I will notify of it when it is released.
